Mark Hart PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Physical TherapistMark Hart earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from LSU Health–Shreveport. He began his career in outpatient physical therapy in St. Louis, Missouri, before returning home to the Shreveport/Bossier City area to raise his family. In keeping with his belief that learning never stops, he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy through Evidence in Motion in 2026.
Mark has been part of the Elite Physical Therapy story for more than 30 years, beginning his journey when the organization operated as Tri-State Physical Therapy. Throughout that time, he has served in a variety of roles including technician, student, physical therapist, clinic director, and partner. His long-standing commitment reflects a deep connection to both the practice and the community it serves.
He is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through physical therapy. Above all, Mark values building lasting relationships with his patients and believes that having fun along the way is an important part of recovery.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his extended family, cheering on the LSU Tigers, bird hunting, and shooting sporting clays.

Physical TherapistServing patients at our Shreveport location, Madeline Osborn McCaughey, PT, DPT, PWCS, is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for pelvic health and orthopedics. A proud Shreveport native, she is committed to giving back to the community that shaped her by helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
Madeline earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University School of Health Sciences in Shreveport and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. She completed advanced pelvic floor rehabilitation training through Herman & Wallace, including Pelvic Floor Level 1 and Level 2B certifications, equipping her to treat a wide range of pelvic floor dysfunctions, urogynecologic conditions, and women’s health concerns.
She also earned the Pelvic and Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (PWCS) certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), recognizing advanced expertise in women’s and pelvic health physical therapy. At the time of her certification, she was one of only seven physical therapists in Louisiana to hold this distinction.
Madeline believes in empowering patients through personalized, evidence-based care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life. Whether treating orthopedic injuries, pelvic health conditions, or pregnancy and postpartum needs, her goal is always the same: helping patients feel their best, inside and out.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys time outdoors, attending concerts, staying active, and making memories with family and friends. She is also actively involved in her church community at First Methodist Church Shreveport.

Where did you graduate from? Bossier Parish Community College; Louisiana Tech
Why did you become a therapist? The movie Regarding Henry inspired me to be involved in physical therapy. There was a black male that played a physical therapist and this motivated me to become one.

Interests/Memberships: Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Omega Phi Psi Fraternity, Inc., mentoring young men, working out traveling, scuba diving and spending time with my family.
