Juliana Meeker DPT, OCS
Clinic DirectorDr. Juliana Meeker earned both her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Saint Louis University. Upon graduation, Juliana worked closely with orthopedic and neurological patients in an Inpatient Rehab Setting. After transitioning to working in an Outpatient setting, Juliana completed a certification in Manual Therapy through Evidence In Motion (EIM) and also became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Juliana is trained in utilizing Kinesiotape as well as is certified in Functional Dry Needling.
Juliana is not only passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and resuming activities that they enjoy, but she also works hard to educate them, so they understand their care and how to avoid functional decline in the future. Juliana believes that knowledge is power, and to empower the patient with their own care is of utmost importance.
Juliana is happily married and has three beautiful children. She and her husband enjoy traveling both nationally and internationally when able. She also enjoys exercising, cooking, and baking in her spare time.

Physical Therapist AssistantLynsey Simmons earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from Louisiana College. She has completed the PTA Orthopedic Specialty Certification provided by Evidence In Motion (EIM) and is also trained in Kinesiotaping for various conditions. Lynsey has a history of working in Inpatient Rehab in which she gained knowledge and experience in the treatment of many neurological conditions including Stroke and Parkinsons.
Lynsey’s passion for physical therapy started when she was young and had to watch her dad go through therapy for pain management and to regain his mobility. Lynsey enjoys helping patients to better understand their pain and utilizing exercises and techniques to improve pain and movement patterns.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the river in the summer, and to the hunting camp in fall/winter. She and her husband recently had a baby 5 months ago, and her newfound joy is playing with her baby boy and watching him grow.

Physical TherapistDaultin Burkett, DPT earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University School of Health Sciences Shreveport after completing his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy at Louisiana Christian University.
Daultin is certified in Dry Needling and is working toward his Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) certification to better assist athletes in returning to play after injury. He is passionate about helping patients recover, improve their mobility, and regain confidence in their physical abilities. He enjoys working with athletes and active individuals to help them reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Daultin enjoys spending time with his wife, Dailey, and their two puppies, Goose and Lily. He is a fan of sitcoms, nerdy movies, and all things sports—both as a player and a spectator. When he’s not on the field or in the clinic, you can find him with a good book in hand.

Physical TherapistMia Smith earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Louisiana State University School of Health Sciences Shreveport. Prior to that, Mia obtained Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University at Alexandria. Mia is also Level 1 Certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) through Dry Needling Pro and has experience teaching group fitness classes.
Mia enjoys helping patients achieve their goals by improving their quality of life through physical therapy. She has a passion for orthopedics and manual therapy.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with her dogs and family.
